Welcome to the Intelligent Microrobotics Laboratory, led by Dr. Wei Wang. Our research group focuses on designing and fabricating of CMOS circuit-compatible intelligent microrobotics, including: 1) CMOS circuit design for microrobotics; 2)Structure design for micro machines; 3) Nanofabrication for building mcirorobotics. These research areas integrate to advance the development of electrically driven microrobotic platform.
