Our team is dedicated to designing CMOS circuits for microrobotics, aiming to advance the field by incorporating advanced functions such as computation, sensing, communication, and programming.
Utilizing nanofabrication and origami/kirigami technologies, our team designs and fabricates shape-morphing microstructures that enable locomotion and microfluidic pumping. In the meantime, we are developing new actuators for micromachines.
Integrating CMOS circuits and micro actuators, our team is building intelligent microrobotics that are driven by CMOS circuits.
