Our team is dedicated to designing CMOS circuits for microrobotics, aiming to advance the field by incorporating advanced functions such as computation, sensing, communication, and programming. Reference papers: Nature (2022), Science Robotics (2024)
Utilizing nanofabrication and origami/kirigami technologies, our team designs and fabricates shape-morphing microstructures that enable locomotion and microfluidic pumping. In the meantime, we are developing new actuators for micromachines. Reference papers: Nature (2022), Nature Materials (2025), Lab on a Chip (2024)
Integrating CMOS circuits and micro actuators, our team is building intelligent microrobotics that are driven by CMOS circuits. Reference papers: Nature (2022), Science Robotics (2024)
